The council on Feb. 2 directed the city attorney to draft a resolution and PUD agreement to approve Tiffany’s Kitchen and Bar’s proposed expansion of its patio area at the Fountains at Arbor Lakes.
Planning Manager Peter Vickerman said the new patio would be roughly 3,200 square feet with an overhead bar, televisions, a fire pit and lounge seating; five trees would be removed and five new trees planted. Staff reported over 800 parking spaces in the cross‑access area and recommended approval.
Applicant representative Jordan Brookings described the design intent to bring new life to the former TGI Fridays space. The council’s motion to direct city attorneys to prepare the PUD documents carried 4–0.
City conditions require the applicant to address remaining staff comments from Community & Economic Development, Engineering, Fire, and Building Official memoranda and to acknowledge park dedication review by the Park and Recreation Board.
