Members asked about schedule impacts and were told the OPM is pushing to keep the overall completion target (reported as August) and that, so far, the work remains on schedule; however, the committee may need to convene an extra meeting if a formal vote on contingency spending is required. The AFC noted the OPM has in some cases rebid or adjusted scope (example given: bookcase removal costs dropped when done on time-and-materials instead of fixed price).
