Fulton County approves 5-year lease, IT services statement of work with Elect IT Solutions

Commissioner Hervey P. Representatives Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions attended the meeting via Zoom to present the lease and related services proposals.
Commissioners also approved and executed Statement of Work # ETM12042025-001 with Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support services. Commissioner Hann made the motion to adopt the SOW; the motion carried with all present voting in favor. The county additionally approved purchase of a View Station for the Treasurer's Office, a quote submitted by Rick Grissinger, in the amount of $784.22.
The approvals were routine motions recorded during the Dec. 23 meeting; no dissenting votes were recorded in the transcript. The lease and SOW are intended to secure office space and contracted IT support for county operations; the lease takes effect when the provider’s space is available.
