Gas distribution easement: The board approved Resolution No. 32 granting a permanent distribution easement to Wisconsin Gas LLC (doing business as We Energies) in the Town of Dayton to allow installation and maintenance of underground gas pipeline facilities, with rights of ingress/egress and vegetation management; Supervisor Miller moved and Supervisor Suhs seconded (carried 22-0).
Zoning map amendments: The Planning & Zoning Committee recommended and the board approved two zoning amendments: Petition Z‑015‑2025 (Town of Union) to rezone ~2 acres from Private Recreation & Forestry (PVRF) to Rural Residential‑Overlay (RR‑O), and Petition Z‑016‑2025 (Town of Caledonia) to rezone ~1.04 acres from PVRF to Agriculture & Woodland Transition (AWT). Both approvals followed public hearings and were carried 22-0.
Contracts and bids: The board approved the 2026 UW Extension contract and awarded the recommended bid for Courthouse Renovation Signage (RFB‑25‑009‑18) in the amount of $53,008.20; motions were carried 22-0.
