Clovis Unified vice‑president convenes work group to review policy amendments; no formal action taken

Vice‑President Steven Fogg, M.D., called a special meeting of the Clovis Unified Governing Board to order at 5:31 p.m. on May 19, 2025, but recorded that a quorum was not present, so members proceeded with an informal workshop rather than conducting official board business.

Clerk Hugh Awtrey and Member Deena Combs‑Flores joined Fogg at the District Office East conference room; President Yolanda Moore and Members Clinton Olivier, Tiffany Stoker Madsen and Wilma Tom Hashimoto were recorded absent. District administrators in attendance included Superintendent Corrine Folmer, Ed.D., Deputy Superintendent Norm Anderson and other district leadership staff.
