Clovis Unified board renews administrator contracts, appoints oversight members and awards multiple bids

Personnel and contracts: The Board renewed employment contracts for the CART Chief Executive Officer, several administrators in Curriculum, Instruction & Accountability, Special Education and Facility Services, assistant superintendents in several areas and associate superintendents. The Board also ratified district purchase orders and contracts (692675–693346), approved change orders and notices of completion, and authorized agreements for services including three days of professional development with Hatching Results and a renewal with Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI) through June 30, 2028. Motions recorded in the minutes show these items passed, typically by unanimous vote.
Oversight and procurement: The Board appointed and reappointed community members to the Citizens' Oversight Committee for the Clovis Unified school bond funds for two-year terms effective July 1, 2025. The Board also awarded multiple bids for copy machine equipment and a suite of campus catering contracts, athletic trainers, portable sitework and Sierra Outdoor School supplies as listed in the meeting tabulations; those awards passed on recorded motion.
