The Clovis Unified Governing Board adopted its June 4 special meeting agenda and convened to closed session to discuss the superintendent's performance evaluation, the board said.
President Yolanda Moore called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. and the board approved the agenda "as submitted." Board Member Hugh Awtrey moved to adopt the agenda, and Board Member Steven Fogg, M.D., seconded the motion; the board recorded a 4-0 vote in favor with Awtrey, Fogg, Moore and Wilma Tom Hashimoto voting Aye. Board Members Deena Combs-Flores, Clinton Olivier and Tiffany Stoker Madsen were not present for that vote.
The board then adjourned to closed session at 5:35 p.m. to discuss a "public employee performance evaluation" under Government Code § 54957(b)(1) with the listed title "Superintendent." District administration appearing on the agenda included Superintendent Corrine Folmer, Ed.D.
President Moore adjourned the meeting at 6:54 p.m. The minutes note that "No reportable action was taken by the Board."
