Commissioners also approved SOW # ETM12042025-001 with Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support services.
The board authorized a purchase of a View Station for the Treasurer’s Office from Amazon in the amount of $784.22, as submitted by Elect IT Solutions’ Rick Grissinger. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved the View Station purchase; the motion passed unanimously.
The approvals follow a presentation and discussion with Elect IT Solutions representatives Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer (joining via Zoom) about the company’s contract and the proposed office lease. The lease is set to take effect when the contracted space becomes available.
The meeting minutes record routine, unanimous votes on these items; no opposition or abstentions were recorded. The lease and SOW approvals consolidate county IT staff support under the vendor arrangement and establish a county‑leased office footprint at the stated McConnellsburg address.
The board also approved a separate CCAP PComp contribution invoice and multiple routine administrative motions during the same meeting.
