Fulton County commissioners approved routine financial items and two large transportation allocations during their Feb. 3 meeting at the commissioners’ office. Commissioners approved payroll dated Feb. 6, 2026, for $129,990.81 and an accounts-payable list totaling $334,397.62, which included fund-level amounts for the General Fund ($96,661.78), HSDF/HSBG ($165,835.26) and the county 911 fund ($44,792.44).
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the accounts-payable list; the motion passed with all in favor. The board also authorized MATP (allocation) letters for FY 2024–2025 and FY 2025–2026, in amounts of $464,875.00 and $491,875.00 respectively, with a motion by Commissioner Hann that empowered Commissioner Steven L. Wible to execute the documents.
The board approved an invoice from Franklin County Fiscal for Fulton County court costs for the fourth quarter of 2025 in the amount of $38,819.27; the finance motion was made by Commissioner Steven L. Wible and carried unanimously. Commissioners also approved the Jan. 2026 Retirement Fund Report, presented by HR Administrator Mary Huston.
The meeting record shows routine approvals were handled by voice vote with the motions recorded as “all in favor.” No additional discussion or dissent is recorded in the minutes. The commissioners recessed for a Criminal Justice Advisory Board meeting and resumed later in the day to complete personnel business.
