At their March 3 meeting, Fulton County Commissioners approved a suite of financial and grant-related actions, including county account payables, payroll and a Krivak Trust award.
The board voted unanimously to approve account payables dated March 3, 2026, totaling $335,634.88. The minutes record the fund-by-fund breakdown as: General Fund $291,026.05; Liquid Fuels $12.75; 911 $8,955.97; Hazmat $2,500.00; Domestic Incentive $3,233.58; Medical Assistance Transportation $3,269.04; Debt Service $25,776.52; Pass thru Funds $860.97.
Commissioners also approved payroll dated March 6, 2026, in the amount of $132,711.81.
Human Services Director Julie Dovey presented a Krivak Trust application and the commissioners approved a Krivak Trust award up to a maximum of $35,000 for the applicant; the minutes note applicant information is confidential under HIPAA.
Other financial items approved included a lease from DBB for a printer for Magisterial District Judge Heming's office for $3,647.00 and a Plan Asset Invoice from Conrad Siegel for $3,844.25 to be paid from plan assets. The board also approved a Burial Expense Application for veteran Gary Allen Myers, who served in the Air Force during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
Commissioners authorized a CDBG 'Delegation of Signing Authority' form to allow HR Administrator Mary Huston and Commissioners Wible and Bunch to execute invoices submitted to SEDA COG and approved the February 2026 Pension Fund Report as presented by Mary Huston.
