DeKalb County approves multiple budget amendments, including education and grant adjustments

Two Fund 171 amendments were recorded: one to debit account 46290 $5,000 and credit 91130-399 $5,000 described in the minutes as an administrative fee for the 2023 CDBG grant for EMS (voice vote 13 yes; Tom Chandler not present), and a second Fund 171 transfer to debit 39000 $10,000 and credit 91130-718 $10,000 that passed on a split voice/roll-call tally recorded as 8 yes and 6 no.
