The body approved a Fund 141 amendment for the DeKalb County Board of Education to debit $6,650 and credit the same amount (voice vote, unanimous). Commissioners then approved a Fund 101 amendment to debit $441,978.03 and credit $441,978.03; the clerk’s record notes a 13-yes voice vote and that Tom Chandler was not present for that vote.
A Fund 116 amendment to debit $225,000 and credit $225,000 passed on a 13-yes voice vote with the record indicating Tom Chandler was not present. Two Fund 171 amendments were recorded: one to debit account 46290 $5,000 and credit 91130-399 $5,000 described in the minutes as an administrative fee for the 2023 CDBG grant for EMS (voice vote 13 yes; Tom Chandler not present), and a second Fund 171 transfer to debit 39000 $10,000 and credit 91130-718 $10,000 that passed on a split voice/roll-call tally recorded as 8 yes and 6 no.
