County approves child-welfare contract with Pressley Ridge, adopts compensation plan and recycling event

Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve and execute a Purchase of Service Agreement between Fulton County and Pressley Ridge for child-welfare services, effective Feb. 11 through June 30, 2026; the motion passed unanimously.
The board also approved the 2026 Compensation Plan submitted by Services for Children Director Christine McQuade for state submission. Commissioners approved a recycling event flyer from Recycling Coordinator Linda Doyle for Electronics and Appliances Recycling Days to be held March 18 (12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.) and March 21 (9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.) at 610 East North Street, McConnellsburg.
Other administrative approvals recorded included a Letter of Recommendation supporting MainStreet McConnellsburg’s application for a T-Mobile Community Grant to improve downtown street lighting and community appearance. Minutes record unanimous approval for these administrative and contract items; no contested debate or recorded amendments accompanied the votes.
