Fulton County Commissioners approve $205,405.27 in bills, authorize $270,000 NTIA payment

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved County bills totaling $205,405.27 at their Feb. 24, 2026 meeting and authorized an intergovernmental payment of $270,000 for an NTIA project.

Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve accounts payable dated Feb. 24, 2026, in the amount of $205,405.27; the motion passed unanimously. The board-recorded fund breakdown included $118,593.19 to the General Fund; $37,673.00 for Medical Assistance Transportation; $14,956.78 for the SFC Technology Grant; $15,744.05 for SFC Evidence Based Practice; and smaller allocations to Liquid Fuels, CDBG, Act 13 Marcellus Shale Recreational, and Debt Service.

Commissioner Randy H. Bunch then moved to approve an invoice from Huntingdon County for the remainder of the NTIA Project contribution in the amount of $270,000.00; the minutes note $90,000 had been previously paid. The motion passed unanimously. The payment covers the county’s outstanding share toward an NTIA project; no additional project details or timelines were recorded in the minutes.

Other vendor and program payments approved at the meeting included an Elect IT Solutions invoice for IT staffing and support services for March 2026 in the amount of $10,198.00 and a CCAP PComp third-installment contribution of $5,575.00 (part of a $22,300.00 total contribution). Commissioners also approved a report to PennDOT titled "Report of County Fee for Local Use Funds," to be submitted by Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives.

All motions on financial items carried with unanimous votes by the three commissioners present. The board adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
