Stillwater County commissioners approve claims, cafeteria-plan amendment and cyber insurance; table Park City crosswalk decision

Later in the meeting, Commissioner Webb described discussion at a Park City School Board meeting about removing a mid-block crosswalk and said a safety committee needs time to form and provide guidance. The commission voted 3-0 to table removal of the crosswalk until the Jan. 8, 2026 meeting to allow advisement from that committee.
Undersheriff Randy Smith provided a brief technology update: he said Central Square software and CAD training are underway and that "the Axon cameras will be installed in cars and interview room on January 1st, 2026."
