Fulton County approves payroll, posts fund totals and revises employee travel policy

Commissioner Hann moved to approve payroll dated Dec. 26, 2025 in the amount of $145,032.44; the motion passed with all present commissioners recorded as in favor. The minutes list multiple fund balances, including a General Fund amount of $65,995.87 and TOTAL ALL FUNDS of $111,824.17.
Commissioner Hann also moved to approve a revision to the HR Manual, Section 213 'Travel.' The revised language requires that an employee who wishes to use a personal vehicle for county business must submit an explanation to the Commissioners ahead of time requesting approval and explaining the reason for the request. The motion passed with all present commissioners in favor.
The minutes record the actions as unanimous among the commissioners present; Commissioner Steven L. Wible was absent. The meeting adjourned at 11:21 a.m.
