Fulton County approves 5-year lease and IT staffing contract with Elect IT Solutions, buys Treasurer view station

Fulton County commissioners on Dec. 23 approved a 5-year lease and a separate IT staffing contract with Elect IT Solutions and authorized related equipment purchases.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve a five-year lease for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg with Elect IT Solutions at $250 per month, to take effect when the space is available; the motion passed with all present commissioners in favor. Commissioners also approved SOW # ETM12042025-001, a Statement of Work between Elect IT Solutions and the County for IT staffing and support services, and approved payment of CCAP PComp contribution invoice No. INVO62458 in the amount of $5,575.00.
Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer (via Zoom) of Elect IT Solutions met with the commissioners to discuss the lease, the staffing SOW and equipment needs. The board also approved a $784.22 quote for a View Station for the Treasurer's Office submitted by Grissinger.
The approvals were unanimous among the commissioners present. Commissioner Steven L. Wible was recorded absent from the meeting. The lease includes a fixed monthly rent of $250 with no scheduled increase; the county record states the lease will commence when the space becomes available.
The actions move forward Fulton County's plan to secure dedicated office space and outside IT support while equipping the Treasurer's Office with a dedicated viewing station. No additional funding source was specified in the minutes for the lease or SOW beyond the motions recorded.
