After conducting the executive session, the board reconvened in open session and, by unanimous vote, took no action at this time on matters discussed in the closed session.
Commissioner Mike Sparks moved and Commissioner Jeff Moss seconded the motion to approve road right-of-way permits for Pioneer Telephone to place fiber optic lines at multiple locations across Districts 1, 2 and 3; the motion passed with votes recorded as Moss-Yes, Sparks-Yes, Schwarz-Yes. The board recorded the approval as a formal consent to the right-of-way requests rather than discussing conditions in the minutes.
