Chair (S1) replied that the town lawyer is preparing a resolution and will send it to relevant parties. "So right now, it's at the point we're just waiting on the lawyer to respond to everyone," the chair said, adding that TJ, Shane and Sharp will be copied on the email with the lawyer's response.
Committee member (S2) summarized the hiring-list mechanics: the board planned to move remaining candidates from the original list into the top slots on the new list so the board could use the first list until it was exhausted, after which the second list would take effect. Committee member (S2) also said the board has been able to meet staffing needs without further detail due to privacy concerns.
