The board voted unanimously to award Bid No. 15 (one used cab tractor, 100+ HP, pre-emission, with boom mower, lease purchase and financing included) to Hogan Tractor Company; Commissioner Ross Selman moved the award and Commissioner Charlie Rogers seconded. Selman subsequently submitted a written award letter certifying acceptance of the Hogan Tractor bid at $92,000.
