Heidi Dombrowski, Waupaca County finance director, read the proposed 2026 budget and answered routine procedural questions before the board moved through a series of resolutions and ordinances. The board unanimously adopted Resolution No. 17 to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Central Wisconsin Housing Region to pursue a Community Development Block Grant application, with Juneau County acting as the lead applicant and responsible for grant compliance.
