Clovis Unified approves energy services agreements for solar at two sites and districtwide window film

Resolution No. 4051 approves agreements for solar energy installations at Hirayama Elementary School and the Terry P. Bradley Educational Center; Resolution No. 4060 authorizes an energy services agreement for installation of window film at sites across the district.
The board conducted a public hearing on the energy services agreements; no members of the public spoke during the hearing. Board members approved both resolutions unanimously, 7-0, and authorized execution and delivery of related documents and agreements. The motions authorize district staff to proceed with contract execution and project implementation consistent with the approved terms.
Board authorization is limited to the agreements and the execution of associated documents; project-specific implementation steps, schedules and contractor selections will be completed by facilities staff under the authority granted by the board vote.
