The Clovis Unified Governing Board on July 16 approved the public disclosure of a collective bargaining agreement with California School Employees Association (CSEA), Chapter 250, that includes a 3.5% salary increase for the 2025–26 school year and an increased district health contribution.
Board Member Tom Hashimoto moved the motion and Board Member Hugh Awtrey seconded it; the motion passed 4–0 with Board Members Awtrey, Fogg, Moore and Tom Hashimoto voting aye and Board Members Combs‑Flores, Olivier and Stoker Madsen absent.
According to the agenda report, the action also implements a classification study as settled and raises the District's total annual contribution for health, dental and vision to $16,385 per eligible employee. The item was listed on the agenda as a public disclosure of the settled agreement between the District and CSEA Chapter 250.
