Kiker thanked city staff and the clerk for assisting with public engagement and survey tabulation.
Council members offered comments and recommendations on park concepts; staff said those suggestions will be incorporated into the final Parks Master Plan report. No formal action or funding decisions were taken at the meeting.
The plan provides cost guidance for capital budgeting and will be finalized after staff and consultants incorporate council feedback and additional design detail.
