The council approved Resolutions 23-01 through 23-07, which establish the city’s ARP/CSLFRF record-retention policy, eligible project policy, allowable cost principles, nondiscrimination policy, conflict-of-interest policy, program-income policy and property-management policy. Those measures implement compliance steps required by the ARP final rule and federal grant guidance, the council record states.
