Wible, the board approved a Shearer Plumbing and Heating quote to purchase and install a Lennox 3.5‑ton, 15 SEER heat pump (indoor and outdoor units, line set, pad, thermostat, associated fittings and labor) for $18,460.00; the order will be coordinated with Fulton County Family Partnership to assist with the purchase. The board also approved a Shearer Plumbing and Heating quote to remove and replace a commercial boiler (time and materials) for $24,434.00 and accepted an American Micro Industries Custom Components quote for acoustic panels for the main conference room and business office for $2,188.00. All motions passed unanimously.
