The board conducted nominations and votes for chair, vice chair, temporary chair and recording secretary. Evan Brown was nominated and affirmed as vice chairman. Tom McEwen was nominated and affirmed as temporary chairman (to preside if both chair and vice chair are absent), and LaDonna Brothers was approved as recording secretary. The motions carried on voice votes, recorded in the meeting as carrying 3‑0.
The board then moved on to routine business, including approval of February minutes and the day’s new business docket.
