Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve and execute a McConnell Park lease submitted by the Fulton County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism for the Strawberry Festival; the motion passed unanimously. The lease was recorded in the minutes without additional conditions.
The board also approved a contract with CES Engineering, LLC for engineering services at the Warfordsburg Senior Center CDBG Project, not to exceed $15,000. Commissioner Hann moved the measure and the board approved it. The minutes record that Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives was retroactively authorized to sign a CDBG Exempt Status Determination and Mitigation Measures and Conditions Form.
No public comment, permit conditions, or funding sources beyond the $15,000 contract cap and the retroactive CDBG form authorization were recorded in the minutes. The board continued with other business after the approvals.
