Fulton County commissioners approve $205,405.27 in bills, OK $270,000 NTIA payment to Huntingdon County

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved $205,405.27 in county accounts payable during its Feb. 24 meeting, and separately authorized a $270,000 invoice payment to Huntingdon County tied to an NTIA broadband project.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the accounts payable dated Feb. 24, 2026. The approved payments included Fund 100 (General Fund) $118,593.19; Fund 201 (Liquid Fuels) $2,088.33; Fund 227 (SFC Technology Grant) $14,956.78; Fund 231 (SFC Evidence Based Practice) $15,744.05; Fund 247 (CDBG) $874.84; Fund 262 (Act 13 Marcellus Shale Recreational) $1,326.13; Fund 275 (Medical Assistance Transportation) $37,673.00; and Fund 400 (Debt Service) $14,148.95. The motion passed with all commissioners voting in favor.
On a separate motion, Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve and execute an invoice from Huntingdon County for the remainder of the NTIA Project contribution in the amount of $270,000.00; the minutes note $90,000.00 had been previously paid. That motion also passed unanimously.
Other finance-related approvals during the session included authorization of an Elect IT Solutions invoice for March 2026 IT staffing and support services for $10,198.00 and approval of the third installment CCAP PComp contribution of $5,575.00 (part of a $22,300.00 total contribution). Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved those approvals, which were recorded as unanimous.
The board also approved a "Report of County Fee for Local Use Funds" to be submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as presented by Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives.
The meeting minutes record that all motions were carried with unanimous votes and that the board adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
