Fulton County approves 5-year lease with Elect IT Solutions and new IT staffing SOW

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Dec. 23 approved a 5-year lease with Elect IT Solutions for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg and authorized a separate statement of work for IT staffing and support.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the lease, which the county will pay $250 per month for, with the rental rate fixed until the space is available. The motion carried unanimously among the commissioners present. Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions participated in the discussion; Grissinger also submitted a quote for a View Station for the Treasurer's Office.
Commissioner Hann also moved to approve and execute SOW # ETM12042025-001 with Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support services; that motion carried 'all in favor.' Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve a quote for a View Station from Amazon for $784.22, submitted by Grissinger, and that purchase was approved.
The board approved a CCAP PComp contribution first-installment invoice (Invoice No. INVO62458) in the amount of $5,575.00 on a motion by Commissioner Bunch.
The meeting also included a revision to the county HR Manual. Commissioner Hann moved to revise Section 213, 'Travel,' to require employees who wish to use their own vehicle to submit a request to the Commissioners in advance explaining the reason; the revision was approved.
Routine business handled earlier in the meeting included approval of the Dec. 16, 2025 Commissioners' Meeting Minutes and Retirement Board Minutes and approval of payroll dated Dec. 26, 2025 in the amount of $145,032.44.
The board took the actions at a regular public session and adjourned after completing the agenda.
