"After 30 days, it was opened up, and we received one offer of $2500.00 from Daphne Elaine Saint John. Based upon what was submitted, we are recommending that the board approve this purchase," staff said during the meeting.
Board members made and seconded a motion to accept the offer; the motion carried with all present voting in favor. The board also approved three sets of minutes from prior CRA meetings (Oct. 22, 2024; Nov. 12, 2024; Nov. 26, 2024) and then adjourned. Those housekeeping motions were taken without recorded opposition.
