The amendment directs that copies be furnished to the Clerk to the City Council, the Budget Officer and the Finance Officer for implementation and record-keeping.
The action implements a funding adjustment to ensure the city can obtain consultant support to meet procedural and technical requirements of NCGS 160D when pursuing changes to local land-use regulation.
