The Town of Snowflake council on Feb. 3 accepted the June 30, 2025 financial statement audit and single audit, approved an ADU setback and square-footage variance, appointed two members to the Planning & Zoning Commission, authorized purchase of a new sewer hydro-jetter and the sale of the used unit to the Snowflake Unified School District for $20,000, and assigned the street name "Cactus Blossom" to parcel no. 202-38-016.
Jennifer Frank of auditing firm Hinton Burdick presented the audit and told the council there were no findings and that the firm issued an unmodified, or "clean," opinion on the sections required. Councilmember Cory Johnson moved to accept the audit; Byron Lewis seconded and the motion passed unanimously with Mark Sheen and Joe Bjornn absent.
