The presentation did not include a formal board vote; it served as an informational briefing to guide curriculum and intervention work. Superintendent Kevin Kanauss noted the Family Forum will focus on the district’s House Plan and provide an opportunity to discuss assessment results with families and stakeholders.
Board members and the student representative, Molly Bolger, highlighted recent student activities and events that the administration said contribute to school climate, including Homecoming and the fall play. The administration said instructional leaders will follow up with building-level staff to align interventions to the data and report progress to the board in future updates.
The board took no immediate action tied to the assessment presentation. The district encouraged families to attend the Dec. 2 Family Forum for additional context and discussion of supports and next steps.
