At a Jan. 20 regular meeting, the Milan City Council unanimously approved two capital expenditures and authorized payment of bills totaling $873,171.40.
Councilmember Jesse Nie moved to approve the purchase of a new Ford F-350 and subsequent upfitting for a cost not to exceed $68,000; Mayor Pro-Tem Kerkes seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
