Raeford staff evaluates options after local site stops accepting yard debris

Public Works Director Travis Sutherland is reaching out to Waste Management for pricing to contract yard-debris collection, and staff are evaluating a curtain burner system that could process combustible yard materials. Baxley told the council that staff will update the council once more information is available.
