Commission approves consent agenda including Owl Creek plan change, contracts and staffing additions

• Resolution 2026‑35 — authorizing an exchange of equipment with the Spring Hill Fire Department.
• Resolution 2026‑36 — authorizing termination of a property management agreement with Cushman and Wakefield PLC.
• Resolution 2026‑37 — authorizing two full‑time facilities maintenance positions in the service center department.
