The Eagan City Council approved housekeeping amendments to various sections of chapter 11 (land use regulations) at its Dec. 16 meeting. Staff said the changes clarify setbacks, cross‑references and other non‑policy text and do not introduce new land‑use policy.
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on Nov. 25 and recommended approval. After a brief council discussion and a public hearing with no speakers, the council approved the ordinance amendments on a motion.
