The Waupaca County Board of Supervisors approved amendments to Chapter 2, "The Governing Body," of the Waupaca County Code of Ordinances at its April 16, 2024 meeting after a review by Corporation Counsel Diane Meulemans.
Corp. Counsel Diane Meulemans summarized the proposed changes to Chapter 2, which pertain to the governing body's structure and procedures. Supervisor Kevin Will moved to approve the amendments and Supervisor Scott Purchatzke seconded the motion. The board adopted the amendments with a recorded vote of 25 in favor, 1 opposed and 1 abstention.
After the ordinance vote, Supr. Kenneth Jaeger moved to adjourn; Chair Dave Morack declared the meeting adjourned at 10:48 a.m. The minutes show no additional substantive policy actions during the session beyond organizational matters and the Chapter 2 amendment.
