Masolia said the request felt like poor stewardship of funds if the department already had printers on site and indicated an intent to vote no. Council member Newland suggested tabling the item to give public works time to answer questions and gather more information. City Manager Thorvig said staff could defer the purchase until the council had responses from public works.
Council member Masolia made a motion to table the item to the March 2 meeting; Newland seconded. The motion to table carried by voice vote.
