Fulton County approves routine bills, engineering retention and planning calendar

During routine business on Dec. 30, Fulton County commissioners approved accounts payable, authorized an engineering services agreement, and set Planning Commission meeting dates for public advertisement.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve and execute account payables dated Dec. 30, 2025, in the amount of $112,913.87 (General Fund $98,764.92; Debt Service $14,148.95). The motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Hann moved to approve and execute an agreement with Keller Engineer, Inc. to retain the firm for fiscal year 2026; the motion passed unanimously. The minutes note commissioners will appoint Keller Engineer at the Reorganizational Meeting on Jan. 6, 2026.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve Planning Commission meeting dates for FY2026 as presented by Justin Evans, Per Diem Mapping and Planning Director, for advertisement in the Fulton County Newspaper; that motion was approved unanimously.
