Fulton County Commissioners on Feb. 24 approved $205,405.27 in account payables, authorized several service agreements and invoices, and signed a proclamation recognizing Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.
The board voted unanimously to approve the February 17, 2026 minutes and the accounts payable batch totaling $205,405.27. The minutes record Fund 100 (General Fund) charges of $118,593.19 and other fund allocations including $37,673.00 to Medical Assistance Transportation (Fund 275) and $14,148.95 to Debt Service (Fund 400).
Why it matters: these routine approvals fund county operations and reflect monthly allocations across multiple restricted funds, including transportation and grant-related accounts.
In other fiscal actions, the board approved a payment of $270,000.00 to Huntingdon County for the remainder of an NTIA project contribution (text notes $90,000.00 had been paid earlier). Commissioners also approved a Purchase of Service Agreement with Pressley Ridge for Child Welfare Services (effective Feb. 11–June 30, 2026), an IT staffing invoice from Elect IT Solutions for $10,198.00, and a CCAP PComp third installment payment of $5,575.00 toward a $22,300.00 total contribution.
Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives presented a 'Report of County Fee for Local Use Funds' to be submitted to PennDOT; the board authorized the report. Commissioner Bunch moved several approvals; Commissioner Wible and Commissioner Hann seconded or moved other items during the meeting. Minutes record each motion as passing with the board voting "all in favor."
Next steps: the board rescheduled a presentation by Chief Probation Officer Dan Miller to March 3, 2026; no formal action was taken on that item at this meeting. The meeting adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
