Raeford council unanimously approves consent agenda, cancels Jan. 6 meeting

During its Dec. 2 session the Raeford City Council approved a consent agenda covering routine business and several administrative items. Councilman Charles Allen moved to approve Consent Agenda items V.1 through V.8; Councilman Rick Sandy seconded the motion, which the minutes record as unanimously carried.
