Raeford Chief of Police Marc Godwin introduced Officer Kala Swinton as the Raeford Police Department’s newly sworn police officer and welcomed her to the department. During the introduction Chief Godwin also reported that Officer Swinton, Detective William Tart, Sgt. John Francois and Officer Dometrius Williams recently saved a resident who was choking by performing CPR.
