Sandhills Community College president seeks closer partnership with Raeford

Introduced by Rosa McAllister McRae, director of student services, Stewart said he was glad to have the opportunity to "open the door of partnership with the City of Raeford" and expressed hope that Sandhills could grow from a center to a full campus. He also discussed the Sandhills Promise program as a potential collaborative initiative. Mayor and council members thanked Stewart for attending.
