Town Manager Bret Howser said the Elk Drive SAA follows the same Board of Equalization process used for Unit 3; the Elk Drive assessment totals roughly $575,000, with per-lot assessments just under $24,000. As with Unit 3, property owners can pay the assessment in full within 25 days without interest or pay over 10 years with interest through bonds.
Motion: Council Member Duane Nyen moved to adopt Ordinance No. 26-003; Council Member Logan Cruz seconded. Action: Motion carried 4-0-0.
