Milan council approves zoning amendment, city contracts and multiple resolutions

The most consequential vote was the second reading and adoption of Ordinance 2024-03, which amends the City of Milan zoning ordinance to add a note restricting vehicle fueling and multi-use stations in certain zones and adds Section 7.140 assigning developers responsibilities for sidewalk implementation. Councilmember Snyder moved to approve the ordinance; Councilmember Kofflin seconded. The roll call was recorded as 7 Ayes, 0 Nays.
