The council unanimously approved a grant agreement with the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) for a Technical, Managerial, and Financial (TMF) grant of $269,311 to support local infrastructure work. Councilmember Snyder moved the grant agreement and Councilmember Kofflin seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
The city also approved an amendment to its dispatch services agreement with Washtenaw County dated July 12, 2022, for $78,410 (motion by Councilmember Kerkes, seconded by Councilmember Stafford). The council authorized two collective bargaining…
