The Milan City Council on Dec. 3 approved several routine administrative actions, including a CivicPlus agreement for city services (approved subject to attorney review), a Letter of Agreement with Carlisle Wortman to include vacant-building certification in the consultant’s scope, and payment of bills and payroll totaling $261,166.62.
Councilmember Stafford moved to approve the CivicPlus agreement, seconded by Councilmember Kofflin; the motion was recorded as carried unanimously. The council recorded the Carlisle Wortman Letter of Agreement — to extend previously approved work to include vacant-building certification — on a motion by Councilmember Stafford, seconded by Councilmember Snyder; that motion also carried unanimously.
The council approved consent-agenda items to receive and file minutes from the Milan Beautification and Parks & Recreation Commission meetings and separately approved the Nov. 19 work-session and regular-meeting minutes. Bills payable and payroll of $261,166.62 were approved on a motion by Councilmember Kerkes, seconded by Councilmember Stafford.
No roll-call vote tallies were included in the meeting record beyond the notation that motions "carried unanimously." The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
