TECUMSEH, Neb. — The Tecumseh City Council on Dec. 1 adopted its One and Six Year Plan for street improvements, certified the year-end street superintendent form and appointed Matt Schaardt as the city’s Street Superintendent for 2026, while approving several contracts and final payments related to municipal projects.
Mayor Jesse Grof presided over the meeting, which began at 5 p.m. and was recorded by City Clerk Janelle Moran. Council members Lance Beethe, Brian Britt, Alicia Brommer, Tyler Speckmann and Lorie Topp were present; Travis Goracke was absent.
