Motion by Brian Britt; second by Lorie Topp. Voting Aye: Beethe, Britt, Goracke, Speckmann, Topp; absent: Alicia Brommer.
ED Lot Transfer: Council approved an Economic Development Lot Transfer Agreement with Louis Keim and authorized the mayor to execute the deed. Motion by Travis Goracke; second by Lorie Topp. Vote unanimous among members present; Brommer absent.
Pool painting bid: The council approved Miller Painting and Decorating's bid of $58,710.00 for swimming pool sandblast and repainting. Motion by Lorie Topp; second by Lance Beethe. Vote unanimous among members present; Brommer absent.
Consent agenda: By motion of Lorie Topp and second by Tyler Speckmann, the council approved the consent agenda, which included approval of the Aug. 18, 2025 meeting minutes and payment of city bills.
